This home was meticulously crafted for a couple on a south-facing canal lot. From the outset, I collaborated on the design, ensuring it catered to the couple's needs while providing ample space for extended family visits. Our vision prioritized a seamless blend of clean, modern aesthetics with a warm, coastal ambiance. Maximizing outdoor living was imperative, navigating site restrictions on height and street setbacks. I spearheaded the kitchen and lighting designs, meticulously selecting finishes and furniture to bring the vision to life.
